    This trimmer is great because it doesn't pull and uses the AA battery well. The drawback is that it seems to be more difficult than it should be to get all the hairs you want.

    Used maybe 3 times and just stopped working . Was never dropped or misused. Initially thought that the battery had died and replaced it. Still doesn't turn on. Piece of garbage.

    It doesn't get all the hair out of the ear, it takes several attempts to get most of the hair. It doesn't do as well as smaller trimmers and cheaper ones have done.
