Stops working with minimal use

Functionality is great when it works. Great for trimming eyebrows with a guide much like using clippers with a guide. Put on the guide, brush it across your eyebrows and they will be managed to a fixed length. This was my second purchase and for the second time the unit just stopped working. You have to twist it to turn it on. Im guessing the metal inside the base that is suppsed to make the connection to power the battery is not making the connection after repeated twists. Good tool. Poor design for repetitive functionality.
