    Not a particularly close shave, time consuming. Power button in very inconvenient location - I'm constantly shutting off the power in the middle of a shave

    I have an older model Norelco that has been doing a good job until one of the blades cracked. I bought this guy and the shave is close but not clean...I still have to use a razor afterwards.

    It wasn't bad at shaving, bit I can't say that it was good either since it made shaving a hassle since it took 10 mins for it trim.

    returned this product because it tugged and created raizer bumps for someone who never gets them . wasn't comfortable to use.

    got it for my dad for christmas. it was the newer version of the one he had. it does not give him a close shave like the previous model

    It hasn't been a year since I purchased it and the blade is already dull. Not the best electric shaver I have ever owned.

    Does not cut well and have to go over the same area multiple times. My dad has an older model and the blades spin faster and shaves much better.

    Its very rough. This is my third trimmer from Philips. Earlier both were very good. But this model is not that much good to have smooth trim. the edges have very rough finishing. I thought of return on the first trim itself but somehow kept aside and feeling bad on this sale.

    I paid full price for this and it showed up with an open box. Either I had a faulty unit that was returned, or this is simply the worst electric razor ever made. BB Staff: Please contact me about a replacement

    Definitely not the best electric razor I've ever used. I have razors that cost significantly less and did a much better job at cutting close, and with less pull. For the price I expected more. To me it was no better than a lesser priced electric razor.

    Have had a Norelco shaver in the past and loved it, so when I needed a new shaver and saw this one I got it! I found the shaver to be weak and has a lousy re-charge that only lasts for a short time! Overall it sucks!

    This product does not give a smooth close shave - not by a long shot - so I’m back to using my manual Bic razors. Needless to say I’ll be returning it back to Best Buy.

    Did not work well at all. Neither the code shave or precision shave worked, even slightly. Total junk. Don’t waste $. I have to return.

    I got this razor for my husband for Christmas. He used it 5 times before it completely seized up and is now useless. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
