I prefer my old architect to this model. The design flaw is the handle is too thick. This one does not pivot as well. It us very easy to clean though.

Powerful shaver that gives a nice close, smooth shave.

I'd never tried electric shaving before and I just don't think the technology can compare with the results of an old fashioned razor. I think I was expecting more out of an electric shaver but this product didn't save me much time and I had to go over some spots several times.

I have used Norelco razors for many years so, when my old one died, I decided to get a more expensive model. I am VERY disappointed since it is not as good as the old one!

I would prefer if it had a charging cradle like the previous Norelco shaver I replaced, rather than having to plug it in and leave it loose on the counter top.

this electric shaver works well without the addition of features like a self cleaner, etc. Gentle on skin surface, thorough cutting and trimming.

This razor... well it is decent. It just does not give you the close shave of past Norelco shavers. Too many passes over the same area, over and over again, yet stubble remains. If you want a really close shave look elsewhere, not sure where other than a regular razor. I had high hopes. It's a shame, since I had a Norelco and a Braun many years ago which were excellent. I bought a Braun last year, higher end model, was disappointed as well.

Bought it at a good price, but I returned it because it feels flimsy (at least for me) and I exchanged it for a Braun instead.

There were so many to choose from and I wasn't sure what warranted a higher price, but my husband is really pleased with this shaver.

This shaver works very weii at its price point but they could have put in shaving bag for all the assesories

Got this for my husband for Christmas as his other Norelco shaver is old. I thought instead of replacing heads (which was time to do) I would get him a new one. Wow was he thrilled! He says it shaves so smoothly over facial contours!

I had the previous version of the razor and it worked until the battery did not hold the charge. I just bought this upgraded version and having the turbo and actual battery strength indicator is worth the upgrade

Shaver does not work great. It is ok. But my husband says it doesn't do the job as well as other shavers.

My husband's old electric razor died, he had bought several and didn't like them at all I suggested we check out Best Buy he was surprised they even carried razors! He absolutely loves it!
