Bought for two users so it gets plenty of use. Long battery life and does the job well for nearly daily shaving. Seems best for lighter jobs.

This gives a pretty good shave, but honestly it is not as good as the shave I used to get from my 15 year old Philips Norelco that wore out finally. The head on this razor seems to have a bit of unintentional wobble in it (besides the natural movement to fit the contours of the face). A good point is that you can keep it VERY clean with minimal trouble. It is easy to pop the head off but a pain to get it pulled apart for cleaning in a water stream. It's very quiet and the heads seem to have a good deal of play in them. Only time will tell.

I love that you can use this shaver either wet or dry. It also gives you a pretty close shave, but not as smooth as an actual razor.

I purchased this as a replacement for a Norelco SensoTouch 2-D. It delivers a closer shave in less time and with less irritation. The cleaning dock works well too.

This razor cuts very close. I no longer need to touch up with a straight razor. It cleans easily. I am very happy with this razor!!!

I have used electric shavers all my life. If you can afford it, buy this one. The shave is the closest I have had with an electric shaver. It is easy to clean, It is comfortable to use.

Great shaver. With my old Philips norelco shaver the cleaning station would completely remove all the hair from the shaver. With this shaver, it works a little different. Before putting it in the cleaning station, you open it up and run it under water for a few seconds to get all the hair out. This makes the Philips cleaning soap last WAY longer. It might be the way I shave but sometimes the head falls off the shaver body. This also happened with my old norelco shaver. Again, it might be me being to aggressive with the shaver.

Very quite device, good movement of the heads. it has a good battery life if if you travel frequently.

I've been using these for years. They last about five years and it's time for a new one. This one is fantastic. Shaves close and runs quiet.

This is my transition from blades to electric shaver unit. I used Electric shavers a long time ago, wow have they changed. I really like the unit. The shave is very close however I've notices I have tough spots that require slow, multiple pass efforts to ensure an even shave over the entire face. Considering all the curves on our faces, I to appreciate the quality of the shave and consistency of it's performance. I use the SmartClean daily, after I rinse the blades and unit (separately) and then shake off all excess water. Works great!

I've owned quite a few different shavers over that past 20 years and I had the same issue with all them, they would all irritate my neck area. Finally this shaver is the one that doesn't do that, I can finally shave in the morning and leave my house without red spots around my neck. Even though it's mostly plastic the build quality is good and feels very solid in your hand. Battery is pretty good also as I get several shaves out of it before needing to be recharged. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second norelco after trying a Braun that just didn't shave as close as this. The only downside is having to change the head to use the trimmer.

Great shaver. Very close shave, easy to clean. I find that the whole liquid cleaning agent that is suppose to clean the shaver heads is worthless. I have to open the shave heads to clean them manually. I love the feel of the razor in my hand, very comfortable. Overall great but not worth the price.

I had misconceptions before buying this shaver. After using it you will realize it gives close shave with less irritation to the skin. Easy to use. Best buy for me !!!
