The plastic piece that attaches to the head broke, leaving this item useless. Not sure how easy this broken piece is to replace with Norelco?

This razor is great especially for sensitive skin with that close shave feel. However, it could be stronger with a longer battery life, but truly idea. I bought several before I found this one.

A Great touch-up tool

Does a great job. However, notice it also does a great job at cutting the ear hairs as well and requires a less precise touch than the ear/nose trimmer.
