Didn't work for me as a daily shaving razor. Tries to be too many things in one. Feels odd in your hand for regular shaving.

Some may be happy with this product, and there's nothing inherently wrong with it, it's just not what I was used to, expecting, or happy with. I ended up exchanging it for something much more similar to the trimmer I had previously.

Product cost over $80, yet it doesnt shave very close, particularly on neck. Even if you shave every day with it.

Wonderful razor. Shaves well as trimmer and shaver. Charged in about 4 hours. A convenient form of the razor. Ideal for shaving the hair on the head and face. I like this razor.

My original shaver had lasted 15 years, sorry to see it go. This new on is even better, should have changed years ago.

Works great as a trimmer. Electric shaver not so much

While the Philips Norelco StyleShaver is as advertised, my experience with Best Buy will leave me to never do business with them again. I purchased this shaver online at $43, however, the price was reduced to $36 a few days after my purchase. After receiving my order, I took my receipt to my local BB and attempted to obtain a price adjustment. The sales counselor refused, citing the purchase was made on line and that I had to call BB sales instead. So, I called and was told that a price match was not possible because the item was recently reduced as part of a clearance deal. Their lack of customer service including standing behind their own pricing will leave me to never do business with them again! I was a customer for over 20 years!

It seems to have a hard time cutting for me. It will get it down to where it is easier to use a blade shaver but even then it often will still have some long patches that it will just not cut.

This is a very good product with excellent stylish design. I love this product and I definitely recommend it.
