Walked into Best Buy and asked for help replacing a remote control. Wanted an easy, uncomplicated replacement and was directed to this one. Was relatively easy to set up and works perfectly! May come back for another one.

This works perfect with my Roku tv. Didn’t have to do any programming, straight out of the box works get.

I was surprised how a Philip remote can work so well on Sony bravia tv. I'm very plased . It's only one thing different than the original tv remote had extra option otherwise I'm happy with it and can live with what i have and also was very affordable .

I needed to replace the remote for my Smart TV because I always had trouble with it. I replaced it with this Phillips remote and so glad I did. I would give it 10stars if I could. So much easier to use and not temperamental. Great purchase.

It definitely was a life saver I lost my remote and this works perfectly

replaced my new sony remotes because they don't have ff/rev buttons and my lg because the buttons worked erratically. one touch setup for multiple brands means i didn't have to enter and check multiple codes until one worked, but there are codes if needed.

Best remote for a Samsung TV. I find it is Much Better than the original "skinny stick". BEST FEATURE: the direction wheel near the top. I use it to play/pause, skip commercials (rt. arrow). Beats others with arrow buttons near the bottom of the remote also. I don't use any thing else.

Good choice for my Samsung tv easy to get known the basic things

This item worked well with my Samsung tv and I used it for approximately two weeks until the replacement remote control for my Samsung tv came by parcel post.
