Bought Phillips Remote to replace original. One step to sync remote to Samsung TV. Couldn’t sync up to TV. Followed Troubleshooting instructions & still couldn’t sync up. Returned Remote to Best Buy with no problem.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went into the store and asked for assistance on where to find the controller I bought only to be told that it’ll be located in a section where it was supposed to be but could not find any and was looking everywhere, so I ordered it online as I was looking because I had to be somewhere and by the time I ordered I finally found it but nowhere near the workers told me it would be.

The remote that came with my new Samsung TV was super flimsy and broke on me after stepping on it lightly by mistake one night. This remote definitely feels durable. All you have to do with this remote is put in the batteries and select the TV brand you have with the one touch programming button on/in the back. That’s it! Works right away and is cheap!
