Super easy to user and user friendly. Always better than razor or any equivalent product in its category. Only cons I see is its electricity operated and not battery.

Bought this for my wife. She was looking it over while I was away, and thought that this might help her, seeing as she has always had issues with removing hair on her legs. We thought why not give it a go. She's used it twice and has really enjoyed it. It has helped in the removal of hair and has not irritated her as much as normal shaving has, which was her issue. According to my wife, there is some pain, but not a lot. Also, make sure the hairs have some length to them, otherwise, they won't get properly pulled. Overall, it's a great machine.

Easy to use, but a little tricky to clean. Would be a lot better if it was cordless, but it still works.

While searching for an epilator, I wasn't willing to spend over $100 on a wet/dry rechargeable model - maybe in the future. In the meantime, this little tool is very quick, the cord is long, and works great. I have very thin leg hair, so I do go over it with a razor after, but this has helped me tons with my foliculitis and ingrown hair issue that I struggle with. Another great thing it that the blade is washable. I use it everywhere I normally shave, underarms, bikini and legs. So far absolutely no complaints.

When my Epilady that I had used for years died, I had to purchase another epilator. For the price, this product is a great buy and does the job just as well as the Epilady

It's really effective and easy to use. User manual was good and easy to follow.

Its a small epilator and do the job well for its price. Its handy and works for 220V and 110V, so a perfect travel accessory. You may want to be little slow with it and give another shot if you still see few hair. It has dual speed setting option and a sensitive area cap. Its not much painful. I would rate pain on a scale of 1-10 as 5 which i consider perfect for any epilator. I have tried to use in underarm area and it worked great, not much painful. Its little noisy but not annoying. I would recommend this product.

This product works as it says it does. It doesn't cause cuts since it pulls the hair but since it pulls the hair it hurts a little.
