Posted .Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you dislike the vibration level of your toothbrush. We might have a solution that would help with this issue. This toothbrush comes with the "East-start" feature that lowers the vibration intensity on your initial uses. By reactivating this feature, you can lower the intensity once again. Here's how:
1- Attach your brush head to the handle. 2- Place the handle in the plugged-in charger. 3- To activate Easy-start: Press and hold the power on/off button for 2 seconds. You hear 2 beeps and the battery level indicator flashes green to indicate that the Easy-start feature has been activated. This lowers the intensity level for the next 14 brushing sessions. We hope this helps!
