    I’ve had this model for quite a while and I’ve had no problems with performance and/or charging. The only thing I suggest is to make sure you purchase the right replacement brushes. I bought a pack that said they would fit, and they didn’t.

    Brushes fine. Main thing I dislike is the splattering effect you get when removing brush from mouth. Would go with different brand had I known this flaw.

    The toothbrush is good. My complaint is every time I order online and pick up in store, it takes longer than if I just walked in. Last year I bought an iPod Touch and watched someone throw it into a bin. Contacted Best Buy about it and never heard back. They don't care. Enjoy that new toothbrush!
