I think it works good, but I eventually found my old one when unpacking. The power on this one doesn't seem to be as strong as my older one. My older one is about 40 to 50 bucks cheaper. I don't really use this one, unless I travel.

It gets my teeth SO clean every single time. It holds a charge for a very long time so I don't need to have it sitting on the charging dock on my sink and clutter it up. My husband and daughter both use it with different brush heads and they love it also. My daughter is only 3 and she wants the child's version with the "sparkley" to take care of, but this will do for now. Thank you!

The customer service from Philips is appalling, they say you really would expect nothing more than 2 years of service from these brushes??
