Doing its job as advertised. Pulsating burst dislodges particles in between teeth. But it requires extra time for hard to reach areas or very tight teeth spaces. Used regular floss first to loosen them. I wish this water flosser has an option of a steady stream of water to clean up spaces in between teeth after dislodging food particles.

I like the feel of this flosser and the size of this one vs the competitor, But this is the second one. The first one broke after 6 months. This one lasted two days. I got the insurance this time, so I'm ready. If I can find one that will last, either way I will just keep replacing it, I like the new feature with the choice of time it blasts the water, one two or three. It doesn't blast as hard as the first version, but with the multiple blasts it works the stuff out. It also has a rubber tip in the new version, which is really nice. I would recommend a flosser it anyone that would like to discuss with me about flosser (which is very few). But I would not recommend this one unless they have the patience to keep returning it until they work the bugs out.

Started strong with one sound. Overtime is has begun to have more air in the pulse. It is starting to fail. Great idea that is not prefected. Used only mouthwash provided.

Purchased for my wife. It took her a few minutes to figure out how to use it, but once she got started, she felt that the AirFloss does a much better job of cleaning teeth than flossing- it removes more food residue and is faster to use.

Recommended to me by my dentist to cure inflamed gums. Used for 3 weeks and the difference is noticeable by me and most importantly my dentist. Quick and easy to use - just make sure to clean it regularly.

Product is well designed and works well, the water reservoir is a bit on the small side and the pressure seems to be lacking. Regardless, the product functions well and I am happy with the product.

It shoots air mixed with a little water. I was hoping for more water than air.

It is different from the other ways of flossing. Takes less time and less of a headache trying to floss

While I like the multiple program selection (i.e. one pulse, two pulses, etc) the water pressure is nowhere near high enough to be truly effective. There are other models (i.e. Philips Sonicare HX8211/02 AirFloss Rechargeable Electric Flosser) that have higher pressure that work better.

I do like this item, can be a little messy if you are not paying attention to what your doing with it. But my teeth and gums feel cleaner

I purchased this item to compliment my Philips Sonicare toothbrush! I have to say that this combo is amazing especially since I do not have dental insurance I feel confident that the next time I go to the dentist there shouldn't be any major issues!! The included mouthwash is great and also alcohol free!!

this works great. could not ask for a better product. easy to use, leaves mouth feeling clean and fresh.

My wife actually uses this item, and she loves it. Easy to use and she has had excellent dental checkups since she began using it.

Works well and makes my mouth even feel fresher. My dentist stated my gums are healthier.

This is the first time i use one air floss.Comparing this, I prefer traditional floss.

Very effective cleansing between my teeth. I like the choice of 1, 2, or 3 blasts. This is better than flossing.

Bought new one at a discount store, it failed after a few monthes. Liked it while it worked. bought at Best Buy. and %$$#@/& it just barely works. Weak pulse with what seems like bubbles. Only used the product it came with in the box. Bad product, should have read more reviews with it failing Great when it works at full strength. recharges to full great.

Product works great. Had an initial quality issue but customer service quickly analyzed the problem and send a replacement unit. First class product and service.
