I bought this product two years a go and I did not open the box but when I open the box and start use it it work only two weeks and it’s stop working. I called Best Buy they said call company and company says go to Best Buy what a west of money .

After using for 3days and gtting mouthwash sprayed in eye 3times had to return it on the 4th or so day. Thank God I didn't loose my eyes!!! Poor design, which allows nozzle to fall off while using, which may predispose your eyes to the chemicals in mouthwash.

The Airflosser pro works perfectly with the Sonicare toothbrush. Cleanest feeling mouth. It is still important to floss but not a frequently. I use mouthwash in mine, which gives it a nice deep clean.

Worth half the price really doesnt penetrate the hard to get areas

Water flosser was cool at the start but then a month later, the soniccare Listerine pocket kept leaking. So, I returned it. Had bought a new flosser and this time it stopped working on me after 2 months. Not worth buying.

This water flosser gives a soft burst of water that feels wonderful to your gums. I highly recommend.

This really is so much better than flossing. It gets out more than floss. Sorry floss you are gone!

Dont waste your time or money on this item, discuss some serious engineering things they going to fix before they put it back on the market.

Had a whine or shrill sound when first used and after 1 week froze up and had to be returned to Philips company to be replaced.

Worst product ever. Have gone through four of them, They are good for about 6 months.

It isn't as fast as I thought but I just started. Sort of a combination tooth pick and light floss. But I just started, so I can't say long term what I will think. A lot of stuff came out I didn't expect.

My dental hygienist strongly recommended I get this product. After charging the full amount of time, upon the FIRST USE I could hear the mechanism working but no air or liquid ever came out. I had to return it to the store to get another one. Two weeks later, the new one is now stuck on "auto" mode and I cannot just manually push to control the pulsation. It's still usable but it is really annoying that this product is so unreliable. I never ever buy the warranty on things, but I did for this, because of all the other reviews. Nonetheless, I'm deciding whether to just live with it or go and get yet another one.

Bought item as recommended by dentist. Stopped working as battery would not recharge, called Phillips company and they immediately sent a new one to replace unit. Got new unit and it worked 2 days and now won't shut off after you use. Checked with dentist and he also indicated that they have sent over 20 back to company for same reasons. Am going to go back to Best Buy and buy a better product. (Hopefully it is still under some type of warranty!)

I was excited to get item which quickly turned to disappointment. Liquid tank runs out after 1-2 uses and sprays more of a straight stream instead of fan pattern. Takes a lot of pumps to properly floss more time wasted than it's worth.
