I'll be on my fourth soon. I bought one of these years ago, worked great, broke under warranty. Got a second via the warranty, it lasted a while longer (maybe longer than the first). Bought a new one and it just broke within the last week after a little over a year, so I should be able to warranty it. They're worth it to me, but also keep your purchase info because there's a really good chance you'll need it.

The Sonicare yhat I purchased in November 2024 is an excellent tool in maintaining strong, healthy teeth. My exam in December revealed no issues. I believe that with the daily care I follow with the Sonicare toothbrush, my teeth are cleaner, and there is no build-up of plaque. The automatic timer during brushing is a positive as this alerts me when to move to another area to clean. Excellent product!

this brush is powerful i like the app thats comes with it that was why i liked it so much.

It does what it's supposed to do. You can definitely tell a difference on how clean your teeth are afterwards. Do recommend.

Great toothbrush. It seems to vibrate faster than my OralB, but that was getting old, so… But I would recommend as my teeth and gums feel great and I don’t remember the other having that effect.

Best home use oral cleansing, whitening, brushing!

This toothbrush is cheap and loud. In addition to the sonic noise,there is a loud motor noise. My last Sonic from 10 years ago does not make that additional noise. Quality of Philips has obviously diminished. I would not recommend this item to anyone. Further, I have spent over 1 hour talking to people from around the world, and I continue to get conflicting information. I hope I am able to get my money back for this piece of trash.
