My husband very satisfied with this toothbrush. Feels it does a better job than some other sonicare models we have bought.

Really like how this works compared to my last Sonicare toothbrush.

Great toothbrush. It seems to vibrate faster than my OralB, but that was getting old, so… But I would recommend as my teeth and gums feel great and I don’t remember the other having that effect.

This toothbrush is cheap and loud. In addition to the sonic noise, there is a loud motor noise. My last Sonic from 10 years ago does not make that additional noise. Quality of Philips has obviously diminished. I would not recommend this item to anyone.
Further, I have spent over 1 hour talking to people from around the world, and I continue to get conflicting information. I hope I am able to get my money back for this piece of trash.

After my previous Philips Sonicare toothbrush bit the dust after almost 6 years of service, I tried out a couple of other brands that had some fancy features and looks. However, after 6 months of trying, I got back to Philips again. This time I got my hands on the top of the line model, the DiamondClean 9300. And after using it for more than a week now, all I can say is there’s a reason Philips Sonicare are so popular.
The DiamondClean 9300 is not cheap, and that’s because instead of being just another electric toothbrush, this is actually a “system”. I really liked the charging part - there’s the usual wireless charging puck that needs another “fitting” to accommodate the brush. A small plastic stand helps do that. However, in the box there’s a rinse glass that doubles as a brush holder and a charger, while still being able to be used for mouthwash.
Along with the charging stuff, the package also includes a travel case that holds the brush body together with 2 brush heads. The case is slick, looks nice, but not the most hardy. Especially it opens up very easily even though it is held by magnets. Also it has no other functionality, unlike an expensive model that has charging capability.
Coming back to the actual brush itself - 2 brush heads (A3 and C3) come with the kit, with a life of 3 months each. The A3 is the all-rounder here, while the C3 foregoes the gum care capability to deliver a cheaper option. Both heads worked as it should be, and cleaned my tooth with good precision without being too hard. The build-in pressure sensor, which has a visible indicator as well, helped make sure I was not trying too hard and making things worse. Also, being a smart toothbrush with Bluetooth connectivity, real time feedback can be had via the Sonicare app. The app itself is simple to use and quite helpful in keeping track of brushing routines, but the necessity of an account is cumbersome.
There are 4 modes of operation: Clean, White+, Gum health, and Deep clean+. I typically use the Clean mode everyday, with occasional use of the Gum health mode. The Deep clean+ felt a bit too overpowering for my teeth, even though for every mode there are 3 levels of intensity to play around with. From my experience, for regular users, one or the other mode will definitely work.
Overall, the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9300 seems to be a smart investment for those looking for a high-tech toothbrush to enhance their dental hygiene routine, with the caveat that it may be more costly than other options.

I enjoy this brush system so far. But why am I giving it 4 stars. My main gripe with this is that it is not the best for traveling. This does not come with the charging case that they have. The charger itself is fairly heavy. If it at least has maybe a travel bag that you could store everything in to take with you, or the charging case, then I would give it a 5 star.
the basic directions also say to use 1 of 3 brush tips and yet this only came with 2. The third was a tongue brush. This is not even provided on the back of the other brushes.
Those are not to big of issues, as this comes with a case that holds the unit and 2 brush heads and it last a good amount of time.
I do like that it does wireless charging and seems pretty easy to charge. You have 2 options, either use a cup and you just put the unit in the cup, or it has a stand. I have been using the cup myself.
It has a couple different settings and speeds that you can choose from to perform different things such as clean and deep clean mode, white mode and gum health. You can also sync to a phone via their app and have it monitor for you.
Most of the time even on low settings I find that these usually hurt and I end up using like a regular brush. So far this model does not hurt and when I am done using it, my mouth feels way cleaner.
Overall a great product and easy to use. Leaves your mouth feeling cleaned.

This product was both on June 1st of 2025 and the motor broke from Normal use on September 18th 2025 which is unacceptable for a product with a price of 200$!

i received this Sonicare on 7/31, and am writing this today 8/22. The toothbrush shorts out and is clearly faulty. I have owned approx 5 Sonicare toothbrushes and am a fan of the product, despite this faulty one. Best buy wont take it back or replace it as i am outside 2 weeks. apparently i need to buy an annual membership so i get an extension of an additional 6 weeks. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - get it direct, or through Amazon.

Bought sonicare toothbrushes for years and always loved them, however this one never worked. Bought my wife this as part of her birthday present and she was happy to open it at least.

Received wrong item. Could not return at store. Had to visit store several times before store accepted the return, because it was a wrong item altogether.
