Only one issue--I would've liked a system that has more pressure to push food out that gets stuck between teeth. This flosser has only 1 pressure rate and sometimes it isn't enough to completely clean areas between teeth.

Great Water Flosser!

The skinny one did hurt my gums at first but is a great alternative to getting in between teeth. The second one is less aggressive and does more coverage. However I did notice I still need to do actual flossing after this and there was residue still left behind so I would not trust it as your sole use of flossing.
