Every single one has died around the two year mark days after the warranty has expired. It frustrates me to no end! Your customer service has been helpful no problems there. When the product works it is great.

Great Sonic toothbrush!!!

The toothbrush is a typical sonic toothbrush, however it is not as loud as my house-mates so that is a BIG plus. To be fair his is older... So, it comes with 1 head and it was charged. The charging footprint is small so it fits nicely on my little shelf. My first time using it was also my first time using a sonic so it was OK. Tickles a bit but I was told I will get used to it. I notice I use much less tooth paste and that is a plus. It runs for 2 minute timer to make sure you get that time in which is nice. It makes a different sound when I push too hard which is a plus for me as I tend to brush too hard. There is only one speed with this so it is a basic unit. The brush head comes off easily for a thorough rinsing (nothing worse that old dried up toothpaste clogging things up on the handle). The Quick Start Up instructions were not for the toothbrush I received- it was for a different model with other options. I like it. I think my teeth and gums are a bit more happy now.
