So far so good. The travel case comes in handy for putting in the luggage. My 4100 had the loose shaft issue so hopefully this one doesn't do the same thing.

Decided to upgrade to this toothbrush for my 11 yr old daughter, from the child’s toothbrush. I also have the same toothbrush and really like it, so much better than the 9100series. Easy to use controls. Would recommend to anyone.

This toothbrush is the best I have had and I have had several in my long life. It has several options for types of vibration and it is really hi tech for the mouth.

My old Sonicare toothbrush was great, but this one is more refined, lighter weight, longer lasting. Black plastic seems to look classier than white plastic as well. My dental hygienist was very impressed at my last teeth cleaning, said to keep using it!

This is my first high-tech electric toothbrush. Prior to this purchase, I always used the affordable brands sold at grocery and drug stores. My brother always spoke highly of his PS toothbrush. I decided to give it a try. I chose the middle of the line model. I didn't want to buy a toothbrush with too much tech. The set up is easy - simply follow the instructions. Performance is top notch!! I feel my teeth are cleaner now than before. My next purchase is replacement heads.

The brush is easy to maintain and you don’t need to charge it every day. You can see a difference in brushing with a regular tooth brush and this one, leaves the mouth cleaner and fresher; good massage for the gums.

For some reason, every time I visit the dentist, they ask if I use an electric toothbrush, specifically the Sonicare. I finally decided to get one, and I’m glad I did—the rechargeable toothbrush is fantastic, especially its flossing features.

Only had it for a month now. So far so good. Haven't had to recharge yet. The only thing I would say its seems pretty tough on the vibrations, but I read somewhere that's how it is in the beginning.

Cleans my teeth beautifully. Not overpowered. Not sore, no raw gums, and charge last about 30 days before I can tell it's losing its ummph.

This is a great product. I got rid of my old oral b for this and my teeth have never felt cleaner. It’s simple and easy to use. It even gets your back molars clean! Must buy!!

Like the smaller footprint of the charging station, and black color. Nice travel case. Battery easily lasts without recharging for a week. Would have liked to have received two brushes, rather than just one. Bought this model to replace a similar version which failed after two years; hope this one lasts longer!

After having a Sonicare toothbrush for over 3 years I was in anomie when it stopped working. I like this newer sleeker version and especially in the black color. It works great and the price was great!
