Good when it works. Had it for 3 months and always get the red lighting bolt! Forget customer service, they are non existent! Make sure to get the best buy protection plan.. wished I did!

Bought 2. One for me and one for my daughter. I wish it was a tad bigger. I have trouble fitting my iPad with case. I assume it is working. Hard to know once you shut the door.

EASY AND SIMPLY TO USE. MY WHOLE PURSE FITS IN IT. FITS NICELY ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER. NO NOISE.

I hope it works. I have not tested its effectiveness in getting rid of germs. I probably should have bought something smaller, though, as this uv sanitizer is quite tall and doesn't fit on the shelf closest to my door. If you buy this, you will need to find a place for it with a nearby electrical outlet. If you're going to use it only for your phone, then it may be better to buy the smaller PhoneSoap version.

Works as described and useful but since it stands vertically and unless you use the suction cups on the bottom, it can fall over somewhat easily.

Bought it but end up returning it cause of the smell that’s has after the item been sanitized..

Broke after a year and a half. No longer covered under warranty. For what I paid, that's a very short period of time. Not happy.

Worked ok. I didn't use it enough or have enough to go in it to make it worth keeping, so I returned it.

After purchasing the phone soap from BESTBUY a couple of months ago, I was satisfied that it sanitized my iPhone, Apple Watch, credit & debit cards, and keys. I was amazed, so went to the company’s website to see what other products made by them. I saw this home soap, and I noticed BestBuy didn’t have it listed on their website. I ordered the home soap directly from phone soap’s website, but they were back-ordered till July. Sadly, my order was delayed another couple of weeks, and I just received yesterday. The home soap is huge!!! It has more UV-C lights than the phone soap, so it’s more powerful in killing germs. Upon opening the door, I noticed the bottom of the inside is made of glass, so one might be careful of inserting keys or anything metal. I’ve used it to sanitize my iPad Pro, Game pad controllers (Xbox, ps4, and Nintendo switch), remote controls, and letters from the mailbox. I think it’s an excellent product! I wish bestbuy had it in-stock prior to purchasing it directly from phone soap because I love Best-Buy!!

I used the phone soap well before pandemic. Bought the Homesoap just as pandemic hit. Stopped working literally one day past one year warranty. Company says if I pay to ship my unit to them, they will replace it with a previously owned unit. YUCK!! Works good but not paying $200 every year for a new one. Looking elsewhere
