It was on sale for a deep discount so I figured I’d pick it up for my daughter. The app connectivity doesn’t really do too much... you just shake it and it does... something? It does double as a low quality Bluetooth speaker that I played some of the songs my daughter liked.

Says that it can be used with iPhone or android. It is mainly centered around use with an iPhone. There are only a few things that can be done with android. Bought this for my niece who has a duck themed bedroom and she can't even use it

I purchased this item online to be picked up in store. When I picked it up from the store, the box was rather beat up but I didn’t think much of it. I got home and took it out only to realize that this was a used and returned product when I thought I was getting an all new product. I took the box out of the bag and immediately the bottom fell out along with all of the contents. Id like to give a more helpful review but I haven’t even used this product and plan on returning it based on everything mentioned above. That’s the last time I buy online first, granted a should’ve checked before completing my pick up transaction in store. I expect more from you Best Buy! It should say open box if in fact it was previously opened.

I bought the Edwin the duck from bestbuy, Alpharetta, GA, item stopped working in a month, I contacted Edwin technical support online as they have not provided the contact number, no response from them, I contacted bestbuy technical over phone, they asked me to come to store with the item, after keeping me wait for 2 hrs at the Alpharetta Best Buy store, they said they can't help. Looks like bustbuy technical staff is seeing the item for the first time they have no clue how to switch on the Edwin the Duck, how can we expect them to repair. They asked me contact the Edwin the duck tech support, Overall my experience with Bestbuy and the Edwin the duck is worst.

Bought for our little son to use. The app was set up and easy to use. Now we can not seem to get the app to work anymore.

It was really cute and I really liked it for the first week. Then it broke and was useless.

I had trouble getting Edwin to work with my son's samsung tablet.
