Really like the interface. Wireless connectivity is seamless. Occassionally Airplay will stop working. Not sure if it has to do with the receiver or the phone.

Unit is very nice had it installed in my sons car unfortunately it would not fit in mine

Great if you don’t wear polarized sun glasses. If you do get ready for some rainbow effects. I was able to get rid of the rainbow effect by using an iPad matte screen protector. Had to cut it to size, you do lose some clarity but no more rainbow effect.

I bought this radio open box in excellent condition at out of first glance, it actually looked really nice, but then I took it to my radio shop people to install it and they said it was missing nearly everything essential for the radio to work and be installed so it was not fun to drive all the way back there and return it and then wait in a super long line to do so just buy the radio new I have the new radio and it’s really good

Not sure how open box “excellent condition” works. It stated open box with everything included. Got the monitor only. No wiring hardware, no brackets, no manual. Just the unit. Went to Best Buy in person to return. Did not accept return. Said since it was bought online and shipped had to ship back. I showed them that the return option for the unit was walk in. They said no does not apply. Asked to see manager. Refused to take and said I had to ship. Asked to assist to print return label. Could not assist. Asked for tape to close box. They said they had no tape. Was told to go to staples and have them help me with tape and print out label to return. Staples said they could not take because they only do UPS. Was told to go to Fed Ex to ship since that was the original shipper. Drove home printed label, taped and drove to Fed Ex. While experience was horrible. I felt like once they saw that the item was not up to par with description and was unprofessionally labeled as excellent by some poor individual that is considered geek squad professional. They should have accommodated the customer and just made the return as easy as possible. Will seek other avenues when making purchases before considering buying from Best Buy.

After the sales person assured me it would work in my vehicle I purchased it and waited over a week for it to arrive. I then went to the location to pick it up and the counter person set up the installation date. Before the appointed date I received two calls from the installation department noting that this would not work. Went back to the store to return the item, no one stated or said maybe we can look into options.
I am sorry to hear the initial person did not find the DMH-WT6000NEX would not fit your vehicle. The large screen can make it problematic for some dashes.

Verbally abusive tecnician who also happens to force rescheduling appointments because they decide to no call-no show.
I am sorry to hear you had a problem with the installation. Please contact Best Buy at 888-237-8289. They will try to assist you with the problem.

Great Update for Older Vehicle

I like it. It took a minute to set up my Home Screen with the icons I want. This product does a great job updating my 2012 vehicle. Has a plug-in for a backup camera and steering wheel interface, both products sold separately.

I have not used it yet so I’m waiting to see how it will work in my vehicle. I hope to enjoy it, be able to stream my best songs from my USB audio drive.
