Exactly what I was looking for. Very well designed.

This is a great radio. The only thing i don't like about it is that it does not dim at night.

I love it. The streaming being able to take phone calls and verbally send texts is great.

the only negative of this product is the screen could be a little brighter.

The previous model, way better. Works pretty good and looks nice too.

Nothing that special, Siri still has a hard time like usual.

It's ok....not real intuitive but as time goes on I get better at operating it. One thing I havent figured out is the map screen contrast. It very faint and hard to see.....overall again it's ok but maybe not worth the $$

Radio has been touchy and just not responsive. The screen flashes and disconnects gets green lines and the display cuts out. Simply a bad product.

Even when I did know that the product was open box, I didn't get the remote control

Had the unit with other equipment installed by Best Buy. Still, after two return trips, they have been unable to enable the App Radio function.

My main gripe with this: no CD-TEXT when playing CDs. Even players ten years older than this support it. I don't know why Pioneer omitted this (lack of support is mentioned in the user manual). Pros: Reasonably smooth CarPlay and Android Auto function. Excellent sound quality. Dual USB and SD card. Have been using it for two weeks. Hasn't frozen so far. AVH-3800BHS froze many times so I had to return it.

Shopped, compared and consulted for days. Very friendly and loaded with features. I will never text and drive with this unit. Simple interface done by voice reads and sends messages without displaying any letters on screen. Just talk, and it sends. Unlimited settings and sounds for whatever you listen to: DVD, XM, SDcard, CD, USB. Installed with sub and amp for a superior setup. Best iphone friendly unit you can get.

Upgraded Head unit in my Wrangler, and couldn't be happier. Music is crystal clear, and loud enough for me to hear with roof off. Apple Car play works flawlessly. Dave at the Best-Buy in Humble, TX is awesome to work with.

My wife purchased the Pioneer AVH-4200NEX for Christmas 2016 and had Geek Squad install. I didn’t get the factory harness for the steering controls, since all that did on my 2005 Lincoln LS w/THX Audio was control volume. Included remote does that for FREE. Receiver has performed flawlessly since then. Geek Squad install looks like factory.

I wanted to upgrade my car and this was perfect. It wasn't too expensive, but it gave me all the bells and whistles that the new cars these days have.

I had to get a new deck for my 2005 Acura TL, which was hard to find given the odd shape of the dash, however, I found a bracket online and got this deck for it. I like the apple car play integration, it's really convenient while driving. The rest of the features are pretty basic though, and it takes a little while to wait for it to load up once the car turns on, which can be a problem if you plug in your phone too soon.

This In-Dash receiver was supposed to work for both IPhones and Androids but I found it only works with IPhones.

I purchased this unit at y local best buy. It was a little pricey but with all of the features you get, it is definitely worth it. I love the fact that it is the only Pioneer DoubleDin that has a detachable face. The resistive touch screen is almost as good as the capacative on my phone. The speed of the Unit is impressive. The best part would have to be the integration with Android Auto, (also has Apple Carplay). Android auto works really well with this unit. Overall a great buy.
