great radio but no installation kit

The radio is great and is definitely 5 star. issue is that install is limited due to small sample of installation kits

I’m a little taken back by my experience at Best Buy today? I dropped my car of at noon. I was called at 6’clock they called and said you can come pick your car up. But it’s not done yet? They said your half done, but I get off at six? Then he says “BMW’s suck! I mean to work on. I asked him, if he just said my car sucked ? due to the fact I dropped off a BMW. He said I meant they hard to work on. Wow, I’m just blown away at this point. So, he says you’re going to have to bring it back for all day drop off. Ok, sign me up for appt now. He says your appt will be on like the 30th it’s the 16th now. So, now I have to wait half the month do get my half finished car completed? Something, just doesn’t feel right about the service I received. When I dropped the car off I seen at least three guys. However, they were just dragging their feet. Had they started my car when I dropped it off. I’m guessing, it would have been completed. I really expected more from Best Buy. That’s why I brought it here so far from my house. The Uber was $45 dollars and now I have to do that again ? I warned the guys when I first seen the employees that I have cancer and was going through chemo. Therefore, my strength was low and I never now how I will fill! Trust me, me traveling way to Eden P. From south Mpls took a lot out of me. It’s never easy for me and they follow that with bring the car back for another whole day? I will say employees inside the store were great. Matter of fact I was very impressed with the night manager on duty.

The touchscreen response was smooth giving good sound for speakers HOWEVER i give it a 3 star because the carplay was not working when connecting the cable. I would keep recieving a “not connceted” or “error”

The android auto works seamlessly and I enjoy being able to voice text through the stereo using Google assistant
