    Put 4 of these in a 2004 Chevy Colorado extended cab. Great sound when using a sub. Mids and highs are clean and clear. Highly recommend.

    I like this speaker's sound. These speakers cater to the 6.5 component pair. In my car I got the Pioneer component set in the front, for the door/dash. In the rear was this pair of 3-ways. They sound very clean/crisp. When I bought BOTH pairs of speakers, they were on sale or had competitive pricing. If you can buy this pair for $50 or lesser, do it immediately. NOW in terms of "bass and loudness", I honestly couldn't answer that - I don't have them amped up yet. The 2 pairs of Pioneers I have, are giving me the HIGHS and sound very crisp. They're going thru my stock radio which HONDA has me stuck with. From "my experience", they kind of remind me of Polk Audio speakers. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AT $50 OR LESSER and YES if you have Total Tech - Best Buy will install these for you, but you need the 2 additional accessories - speaker harness/bracket (ok now I'm done)

    Bought these to replace the factory speakers (which had all stopped working but for 1) in my work truck. This makes the drives so much better! Great sound and value.

    Out of the box these didn't sound great now both blown after a few months of normal use these are horrible. Stay away pioneer is no longer high tier stuff.
