I bought a new television a couple of months back, but the audio-in was not compatible with my existing surround sound system. The sound is much better than just the television speakers! I live in an apartment so can't really be cranking it up to high anyway. Also, a big buying feature for me was the ability to cast music via bluetooth from my phone to the speakers. I bought it on sale so it was a bargain for the quality versus others in the same price range.

This sound bar has terrific sound and thumping bass from the sub. Excellent price .

After purchasing another sound bar (without a sub), I found that I wanted more. These pioneer's popped up on sale and they have delivered crisp sound with the added bass from the subwoofer. While I was looking, I went into the actual store and test "listened" to several on display, these sound just as good as any I encountered.

I have been very happy with this system from the start.It is easy to use and the sound quality is very good with a strong subwoofer.I firmly believe if you buy a sound bar make sure you at least get one with a built in subwoofer otherwise the sound is too canned. If you can still order this one it is worth buying sight and sound Unseen.

Bought this on clearance. I love Pioneer in general and was surprised to see they have very few sound bars. Perhaps they put all their efforts into this one. It produces a deep, rich sound. I got rid of my 7.1 dts surround sound system for this sound bar and so far I haven’t noticed much of a difference.

This sounds much better than just the TV. Not as good as s true surround set but it's worth the price .

So happy I picked this up. Great sound for the price I paid. Love watching movies again.

I was sceptical that these speakers would work with my 35 year old pioneer stereo system, but they work great. My old original speakers had quit working but now I can play all my old vynals and CD's and they sound better than ever--plus I can Bluetooth other music apps.

Thank god I had someone at Best Buy that knew what they were talking about. This soundbar wasn't even on my radar and it is amazing. It had been on sale the week before so BestBuy price matched it as well. Almost half off the regular price. I still recommend it even at a higher price. Great soundbar.

This speaker system does a great job improving the TV sound since most new TV speakers are now on the back side of the TV. Very easy to set up. Like the blu tooth as it allows you to play music from your cell phone.

This soundbar came highly recommended to me and I would have to agree that this soundbar sounds awesome. Andrew Jones sure knows speakers. If you are in the market for a soundbar don't look at anything else, and buy this one.

For the price this soundbar is hard to beat. First things first - this does NOT simulate surround sound in any way. This is pure 2.1 sound. But the sound it does put out is very nice. The sub integrates nicely to the bar. The sub won't rattle your fillings loose but it adds a nice little thump to movies and music. It has Bluetooth for wireless playback of music. I was looking at a lot more expensive soundbards and ended up with this one because of the overall sound quality minus the gimmicks of the more expensive units.

I just picked this sound bar up a week ago, so far, all is good! I haven't experienced any issue with the subwoofer disconnecting as the previous people have stated. I've played it many times over the 20 mins they say is the usually time it disconnects (typically hours). I've checked the speaker settings on my Mac Book Pro while on Bluetooth, and the sound is coming out of both speakers. The sound is incredible! No issues with bluetooth, only a latency factor when I use it on my computer. Love it!!

Read great reviews on this first, like on CNET and then found a great price on it. Matches my modern furniture and fills the room. Surprises everyone how powerful this is, being so sleek

After purchasing multiple sound bars I ended up with this Pioneer, after reading other reviews. I purchased a Polk as well as the new Onkyo sound bars - the Pioneer was by far the clearest sounding and much less expensive than the other two options. If you are looking for a great-sounding sound bar, this would be my pick.

Wireless Subwoofer is great! Has great frequency response. Replaced 2 large cabinet speakers with this and was suprised at the sound coming out of this system!

Would be nice to have head phone jack. Have not found a universal control to use with both TV and sound system. Have to use Pioneer control for volume. Good system for the money.
