The setup process was super easy! I was able to use either the iPad app or my tv display to make the correct settings. The little microphone that senses the sounds in my room was really cool. It sensed the dimensions and shape of the room and set the speakers accordingly. Easy and Fun!

Great receiver for my bedroom

I choose this receiver as I don't need another $2,000 receiver ( like my Marantz SR7011 ) for my small bedroom , but I wanted QUALITY sound and this little Pioneer Elite DELIVERS ! I have it mated to Def Tech Pro Monitor 800 an Klipsch B-20 and a Polk Audio PSW110 subwoofer. The Bedroom ROCKS !

I got this on sale and it was a fantastic deal. Even at the regular price its good. Stepping up to the next level would have been a lot more than I was willing to spend. For most consumers who arent audiophiles this would be perfect. Plenty of power

The setup guide is intuitive and the receiver, once connected to the TV, will explain to you, step by step, how to balance your sound system. The amplifier is very powerful and the sound is clear and distortion free. I recommend this for any medium to large room.

Amazing

I found this on a good sale and pulled the trigger. I am glad I did, because even with my older speakers that came in my old receiver kit, it sounds like I gave upgraded all the way around. Leaps and bounds better everything then my 10 year old(ish) Yamaha receiver.

Good Receiver

The receiver has man hdmi 2.2 4K inputs but no component so old equipment needs to be upgraded audio is easy to configure with the interface it has a on screen wizard. Was able to set Dolby Atmos setup for 5.1.2 and it sounded great. At 500 it’s pricey I would wait for it to go on sale
