Great receiver - had the yamaha and bought this instead , you can really tell the difference in sound quality!

We got this so we could split sound from our bar area and our media room. It works amazing and worth the price.

My review is on BB open box items. I brought the same receiver from BB store which was open box satisfactory condition. Receiver was in good condition Where as same receiver was $100 less online in open box excellent. Since my first receiver was with in return period, I brought second one also. Open box excellent condition came in a damaged box. Receiver had scratches and when connected it was throwing error. Beware of buying open box items online. Receiver itself is good. I kept the one brought from store. Connected to Martin Logan speakers and sound excellent.

We couldn't be happier with this receiver. It made it so we can watch the television in the house while someone else can listen to Sonos outside. It also plays all of the streaming music services and Airplay by Apple. Nice piece of equipment.

I was reluctant to make this purchase because I’ve always been a faithful Yamaha AV person but I figured for the price I would and much to my surprise Pioneer performed better than anticipated and I’m now sold.

This receiver transformed my entertainment system. Had a small party and four people asked me to help them set up their system. One close friend started building his the next day. Only downside is that I bought it open box and it was missing the remote!!!!

Not only is this a great receiver, it was 75% off the list price. So it does not have IMAX certification, but there are not much IMAX certified content and yes it does not have 4k HLG, at this price who cares.

Pioneer continues to improve their receivers. HDMI output and inputs have improved over earlier receivers. Remote still needs to reflect the same quality as the receiver itself.

This A/V Receiver has all the new bells and whistles with a little extra to go along with these features. Traded in the onkyo to this pioneer elite and I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love this receiver. Love the HDR pass through and the height channels. Buttons and knobs aren’t as well made as Pioneer but it really shines with movies.

This receiver I bought back in 2019 seemed the best receiver I ever owned at the time. Problem is tho I began having issues with it on and off throughout the time I owned it. After two years of me trying to fix it along with some visits from geek squad doing the same I had enough! So I turned the receiver in to a Best Buy store. They told me instead of getting it fixed which could be a while that I just get it replaced. So that’s what I did.

I replaced my old Harmon Kardon AV247 with this updated Home Theater Reciever and it has lived up to it's name. Great music and Video output for the entire home.
