If you love 60's rock n roll and you love British comedy then you'll love this movie. Pirate radio is about a group of guys, and one girl, who loved Rock n Roll so much that they lived on a ship to broadcast the music, even though in the 60's rock music was band in Brittan. As you go through the movie you learn a little bit more about each character and what there story is and how they got to be on the boat. Staring Phillip Seymour, Doubt, Nick Forst, Shaun of the dead, and Bill Nighy, Hot fuzz.

I didn’t know the history of “rock and roll” and radio. The fact you couldn’t play what you wanted at all. Great movie for anyone so you can appreciate the freedom we have now.

Great story line about true events. The soundtrack is awesome

This movie was outstanding and anyone who loves to buck the system and loves rock n roll will love this movie. Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ryhs Ifans, Kenneth Branagh and Emma Thomsan are all awsome in this movie. The whole cast was awsome. =) You have to see it if you truly love rock n roll!!

this is just a great funny movie about some people who love music and want to share that love. the cast is wonderul, so many familiar faces and the characters they play are great. not only is the movie excellent, but this also has the best soundtrack to ever exist int he history of film.

This is another example of Great British comedy at its best.
