The whole storyline was not well written. But still not a bad movie.

Great movie, kept it in the storyline. Johnny Depp is a great actor

The Pirates series really does get worse with each installment, and this 4th movie does not buck that trend. (Nor does the 5th, which is just dreadful) There's maybe a laugh or two to be had out of this movie, but that's only if you're a huge fan of the characters and the previous films.

Spanish characters were well developed. The rest were not.

These movies are highly recommended for the family, a great product.

Still fun to watch and see this fun character brought back to life. But this certainly isn't the best or original tale. The story is numb as it unfolds. Though there are some fine action set pieces. Here's hoping number 5 makes up for this flat tire.

It's an okay movie, it would have been better without Johnny Depp. He get's on my nerves, in the movie he's too erratic. If he got in my face like he did to people in the movie i would have throat punched him.

I never have understood how this one was made after at worlds end was to have ended the franchise and then they replace keira with penelope.... makes no sense at all to me

This is probable one of the worst movies of this series the video effects are great but the overall story line is not so good. Do not buy it just rent it.
