I choose free delivery and it showed up before the estimated time and had plenty of communication from the delivery guys. They were very polite and professional. This unit was very easy to assemble and the instructions were very easy to understand. Very pleased with this having the ceramic coating on the cooking surface that the other brands don’t offer, clean up is very easy when done carefully while it is still very warm using paper towels.

PitBoss 4 Burner Ultimate Griddle

Good product - the worst customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased a griddle back in July 2023. It was missing the right drawer track. When contacting customer service they said they were out of those tracks but would put in a request to send us one. In October 2023 we still hadnt received our track nor have we received an update. When contacting customer service they said it was still on backorder with a shipment coming in from China. They could not give me a timeframe and instead told me they would pray for me that thevtrack comes in. When purchasing a product for over $600 you expect it to be 100% functioning. When customer service disregards your frustration and tells you theyll pray for you, its clear they have no concern for making it right. If we ever buy a Pitboss product in the future and need to contact customer service, we will just be returning the product instead of getting help.
