These headphones are good for normal use but not good for the workout as they'll slip off your ear.
You can not wear them for more than 20 minutes, ears start hurting.
The microphone is the WORST! The person on the call will hardly be able to hear your voice.
Bluetooth connectivity is not good. Disconnects frequently. I have been using it with my Samsung Galaxy S8.

Hello and thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our product. The BackBeat FIT 505 features 40 mm drivers and advanced acoustic technology that provide deep, rich sound. To troubleshoot audio issues, please reset the connection. To do so: Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Lastly, re-pair the unit with your phone. You might also want to test the unit with a different cell phone to isolate the cause of the issue. In case you still get the same issues, please note this model comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. We will surely forward your comments to our team for review and consideration. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1 888 248 4143 or 1 916 928 7561

Thank you for sharing your feedback on our BackBeat FIT 505 Headphones. We're sorry to hear about your experience with your first pair. In order to troubleshoot battery issues, please try using a different micro-USB cable in order to isolate the cause of the issue. You might as well want to try holding the power switch for 6 or 8 seconds and see if you get any indicator lights. Here are some tips to extend the battery life of our products: Store your headset at room temperature. When batteries are exposed to elevated levels of heat such as inside a hot car, they lose their ability to store energy. If storing your headset for an extended period of time, discharge it to around a 40 to 50 percent charge. Lithium ion oxidizes at its highest rate if the battery is fully charged, which leads to quicker deterioration. Avoid discharging your headset completely or leaving it discharged for extended periods of time. The battery loses the ability to hold a complete charge. Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/contact if you have any questions!

The Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 505 Wireless On-Ear Headphones are fantastic. I got them to try as an alternate to earbuds. I find earbuds very uncomfortable because they irritate my ears. I was looking for a lightweight, wireless pair of headphones to use while slow jogging & walking. These headphones are great. They fit comfortably and were easy to sync with my iPhone. While jogging, they do not slip and the sound quality and bass are amazing. They are sweatproof and adjustable. I have only had to charge them once and they have worked with no issues through 3, 5k’s done over a two week period. Love these headphones. They are a great alternative to sport earbuds!

These were fully charged out of the box, fit well over the ear without too much pressure, and sound great. Many headphones these days, IMO, tend to over emphasize bass at the expense of crisp midrange - these head phones have a very nice balance from bass to treble and clean midrange.
Functionality for phone use was as good as previous sets I have owned, calls were clear for both parties and the controls were easily accessed while on head.
All and all a nice pair of over the ear headphones/headset. Oh, almost forgot, the quality of the accessories such as charging cord, aux cord, and storage bags was also quite nice for the price range.

I've been using these headphones for over a month now and I have to say that I'm impressed with them. I use them mainly at the gym and they stay comfortably on my head. I don't do any high intensity workouts or running though so I dont have any input for that aspect. The sound quality isn't top notch, but for their cost and the fact that they are sweat resistant, it was what I was expecting from this set. Very easy to pair with bluetooth devices. Holds a decent charge.

This product does its job really well for a fraction of the cost of similar products that are expensive. The sound is great as well as its functionality. As soon as I unpacked it, I left it charging for about 2 hours. The unit is basically intuitive to operate, I moved the switch to the Bluetooth signal position and with my Samsung Cell I looked for the “PLT BBFIT500 Series”.
They are very comfortable ad the range connectivity is great too. They are size adjustable and it is easy to change the volume levels from the headphones instead of using my phone. I like a lot that on the left side you just easily tap the cover where there is another function switch that you can control the forward-reverse and play option when you are playing mp3 music through Bluetooth connectivity, so you don’t have to go to the source, either the cell phone or a mp3 player, which I found extremely useful, this is a design that I haven’t seen on other brands. Another feature that I liked was the input stereo jack, that let you use it as a traditional headphones, even if the battery becomes totally depleted. The battery lasted almost 2 days.
On the right side, there is another switch, that allows you to:
If you press one time will tell you the status of the battery.
If you keep it press will take you to google home.
If you press it twice quickly, will redial the last phone call you made, Very clever!
In order to do all of this, it has a built in Microphone, so you can place and received phone calls if the headphones are connected it to your cell phone. If you are listening music, it will pause the music and start the phone communication, I don’t know where the microphone is located, but my voice sounds clear and loud on the receiver.
Not a doubt, this is a great product, very affordable and good looking headphone!

Headphones paired with my phone easily -- no problems at all. They are a lot more comfortable and much lighter than they look, very comfortable to wear while on the treadmill. It does a great job of blocking outside noise and the sound quality is really good. The controls are well-placed. the play/pause/fwd/back buttons on the left ear are easy to use. It took no time at all to get used to using it for music and conference calls. The mic picks up my voice nicely with very little outside noise picked up; I was able to talk on the phone while using my vacuum.
It even comes with a headphone cable in case your device isn't bluetooth.
Overall I'd recommend this one.
