I like that because I have it on both ears, I can hear better through all the background noise I have around me. I also like that since I look like someone wearing ear muffs, people know that I'm on the phone. When I had the other style (went on one ear) no one ever knew if I was talking to them, or on the phone. Hopefully this one will last longer. At first I could hear myself echo, that's better now. Taking some getting used to.

Headphones are nice and comfortable. The set up is easy and fast. Also the battery power is a 8.. I say 8 because if forgotten to place on charger it will take a bit to charge. And if you are on the phone constantly like me 8 hours a day. It will go fast. But could charge a quarter of the way up in a good 15 min.. Overall it is good product.

I used it with an AGPTEK phone pad and it works well still. If your phone connects like a regular land line and it's not on the list, you can still try it out. Happy mine worked. It's only for phones and doesn't work with computer.

    Pretty Good Headset, but Expensive

I originally had a cheap headset I used with my cordless, land line phone. I went through several of them because the headband was flimsy and would break under slight strain. I decided it was time to upgrade since I work from home and are on calls frequently throughout the day. I read/watched many reviews on headsets, and decided to get this model for several reasons (build and call quality, good reviews). The main reason though is because I was able to price match this headset for $100 cheaper than MSRP. Little did I know the troubles I would face just trying to hook this to my home phone. First off, I couldn't use my cordless home phone because you have to have a corded phone for this headset to work. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a corded phone since I only use it for work. I went to Best Buy and purchased the AT&T TR1909B phone. Brought it home and hooked it up. I could hear people on the phone but they couldn't hear me. I tried every selection mode on the headset base, but nothing worked 100%. I did some digging online and found out that you need a corded phone that has a separate power adaptor. The TR1909B model uses batteries, primarily for the caller ID feature. So now I had to go back to Best Buy and exchange the phone for the AT&T AT CL4940 model. I was hoping for something smaller, but this was the "best, cheapest solution". My wife commented that the phone looks like I bought it straight from the 90s. Hooked up this new phone, dialed in the correct mode on the headset stand, and things work quite well now. I have been using the headset for a few months and people say I sound very clear and at perfect volume. The head strap is a bit tight but I have grown used to it. I don't feel like it will break like my old headsets so I will learn to live with it. In conclusion, I would recommend this headset, but not at $200+. Also keep in mind that you might need to purchase a new corded, powered, land line phone for this headset to work properly (more possible costs involved).

I have been buying and wearing only Plantronics wireless heads sets over 15 years! I am in the Aerospace & Semiconductor industry and I am in sales and in procurement for a electronic component distributor out of St Pete Beach and I am on the phone all day. In the past I have always went with the Plantronics CS70 model which was my bread and butter but after going through 3 of them in 2 years, so this time I decided to try out this model with a full head set which blocks out so much more noise them your Plantronics ear bud wireless headsets. I have only own this model for about 4 weeks and let me tell you, the C052 blows away the CS70 Mono Wireless Headset model in my opinion. Better Quality, better sounding and all around just a better head-set.

Great for answering calls all day from an Avaya desk phone. Very comfortable. Easy to replace, inexpensive rechargeable wireless battery. Lasts a long time. I prefer 2 earpieces rather than 1. Dependable standard headset in our whole dept. I bought my own so I don’t have to share during Covid19 as I travel between offices. Not a bad price for good health and safety.

This product does not block outside noise as well as expected. Because I wear glasses, I find the full headset painful as it presses my glasses against my head. Unless you buy the lift, you can't answer other calls unless you are at your desk. Just not worth the spend.
