Pro, it's small easy to transport, doesn't take up much space. Sound quality is great on both ends. Con, Device sometimes does not connect with youtube application immediately, the size while a pro can also be a con as it could be easily lost depending on which headset attachment you use.

It has great sound it is easy to use and charge last a long time

I had purchased this item for work and then bought one for personal use. The sound quality is awesome. The caller comes in crystal clear and it does not pick up background noise. Low cost for a product that allows me to be hands free when on a call! So with it. Also, the battery life is like 7 hours of talk time. It lasts without issue.

I purchased this after reading many reviews. For the price this Bluetooth is great! I've had it for about 3 weeks now and not had any issues. The sound quality is good and it doesn't slip out of your ear. I would recommend this to others.

I have bought many Bluetooth devices usually buy expensive ones for quality. But this one is half the price and works better than any other Bluetooth I had before.

Item is very lightweight and the audio appears clear. There could be some improvement on the in ear piece to be more comfortable and feel more secure. Other than that it is excellent when I am situations where I need to use such a device.

Good sound quality and easy to use. Some discomfort with ear piece - none of the ones available completely do the trick. I've had this problem before so I don't think it's the product itself.

Got for my mom. Wont stay on ear. Hard to hear her at times and no caller id.

This purchase was a replacement for a competitor's product that finally broke in my hand while trying to flip it open. Decided to go with a version that does not require it to flip open to operate. Very pleased with the quality and reliability so far. Good range and battery. The other reviews are accurate and I would recommend to anyone who prefers a small, single ear piece.

I was hesitant about using at first, but after figuring out how it worked, I now really like this Bluetooth. It is easy to use and the sound is as good as it gets.

I really like this headset; clear sound, no background noise, comfortable fit for my very small ears. It's affordable, I've sadly misplaced a couple of them and had to replace them, but the insurance for damages is inexpensive and in such a situation, makes replacement quick and easy.

I went though two different models of Samsung headsets, both would lose connection if I turned my head with the Galaxy S5 in my pocket. Not so with the Pantronics.

This is a great bluetooth if you are wanting to not over spend. Keep in mind what version of bluetooth your phone can take because it might mess with the sound quality. My friend got one of these and he has an iphone 5 and whenever I use my bluetooth(same ones as his, Plantronics - Explorer 505), he says my bluetooth is super loud when my bluetooth sound is all the way down.

I read reviews before decided which one to buy. Had no knowledge in bluetooth devices. I am very satisfied with the sound, talk time and comfortableness of the Plantronics Device. I have had no issues and no complaints from the people I talk to.

Very nice and clear Bluetooth. The charger kinda threw me a big. It plugs into a wall charger with a Usb strap. After I figured it out I love it - no extra cords.
