Customers praise the M95 Bluetooth Headset's sound quality, battery life, and ease of use. Many also appreciate its comfortable fit and the long talk time it provides. While some users found the maximum volume insufficient, and occasional connection issues were reported, the positive feedback on other features outweighs these concerns. The headset is also frequently cited as lightweight and affordable.

Well, I learned the hard way that it was my phone that truly seems to be "allergic" to BT connectivity, but still once upon a time there were these things called "flip phones" and it just so happened that Sony Ericsson made a good one. If you bought a like branded BT earset to use with the flip phone then you could simply press the button on the side of the ear piece, wait for your prompt and then say the person you wanted the phone to call exactly the way you recorded the "sound shortcut" the phone would then match what you said to what you recorded and stored on file and it made a "sound match" if you will - then you'd be talking to the person you asked for. If it didn't match you'd have to try again. Very rarely would it ever confuse one recording with another recording. With the plantronics earset, technology has moved along a bit, I like it's battery life, I like it's ability to tell you how much battery is left or it's ability to locate the earset when it's lost with an app from the play store. Even the feature where you can tell it to call any random number shows's great promise, yet it's all poorly executed. This thing totally sucks at understanding me no matter if I speak like me or like a mono-tone robot. I've used plenty of software with big companies like UPS would use just so you can speak your tracking number. They never have problems with my speaking skills, but this thing can't even hear anything right, numbers or names, it even hears different names of people that I have in my contacts and calls them even when their name sounds nothing like what I spoke. And so I have no secure way to know I'm getting who I'm asking for. It severely limits how I might choose to use my BT earset. Somehow the tech involved with this doesn't even eclipse that of flip phone era technology, so for the ability to find it with an app and for super long battery time and for fitting in my ear in a way that it doesn't easily fall out I give this earset 3 stars. Fix your voice recognition S/W and you'll get 5 stars outta me.

Was looking for a bluetooth headset for driving. Didn't need anything too fancy, just something I can listen to my calls or GPS while driving that has good call/standby time.
I had seen price ranges from 50-200 dollars! Was surprised to see such a broad range. Plantronics has always made solid headsets for the business desk phone, so I gave this 1 a chance.
Price was attractive. Setting up was a breeze. Call volume is a little lower than I expected initially, but it's clear as day. Just raise the volume a bit. Tested it on a windy day & the wind did not interfere with my calls (plus). Battery lasts which was exactly what I wanted (11 hours fully charged, but I don't need to talk THAT long, lol).
Only snag is that it can get a little uncomfortable after wearing it for more than a hour. Again, not a deal breaker since I mainly use it for driving.
If you're looking for a decent headset that won't break the bank, give this product a look.

The sound is good and it is helpful when I am walking around while doing chores with my phone in my pocket. The only difficulty was when I get in my car to drive, my car bluetooth won't work unless I turn off this one. It all depends on how you want to use it.

With 11 hours talk time this is a great Bluetooth, this ear piece has one of, if not the highest talk time of all. Stand by is 300 hours. Drawbacks is it is basic, it answers and hangs up, that's all, no bells and whistles. Does not hook up to all phones.

Love this earpiece! This is a replacement purchase. I also bought one for my daughter. It has eleven hours talk time! Announces talk time when you turn it on. Announces phone is not connected when the earpiece is out of range. Good sound quality. Connects to more than one device (i.e. telephone/tablet) and you can listen to music. Offers dual language and it's very comfortable if worn correctly (if not your ear will be sore). Sometime I forget I have it on. Plantronics changed the model number maybe because it's being sold at a different store but its the same device. No longer available at the other store (W).

This headset is clear on both ends of the call. It's small, lightweight and mostly comfortable. The gel is a little large for me, and occasionally my ear gets a little sore, but I have pretty small ears and usually have trouble with fit.
The voice dial is a little annoying: instead of just saying the name to call, you have to wait 3-5 seconds for the beep, then it takes forever for it to decide who you want to call. Also, if there is more than one number for a contact, you can't just tell it "so and so mobile", it comes back and has to tell you there are multiple numbers and which one do you want. Usually takes 30 seconds or more to complete initiate the call, longer if you have to pick which number.

Bought this to replace the flagship device Voyager. Fixed the Voyager, but still use this one for the ease of use. Special cable not needed to charge too. They could give you more ear pieces.

I got this headset as a Christmas present for my wife to make dealing calls easier as she's driving. So far so good. She has a little trouble fitting it to her odd shaped ears, so that would be the only thing to consider in deciding on this model.

This is only my second bluetooth phone headset, purchased in kind of a rush as my old one's battery life faded to unusable territory. I picked this based on Plantronics' reputation and the advertised battery life. It was easy to pair to my iPhone, and the female voice that tells me battery life speaks in a pleasant St. Louis-like accent. The plastic ear loop can get slightly uncomfortable by the end of the day, but it's bearable. I can charge it over the weekend and the battery lasts from Monday morning till mid-afternoon the next Friday.
