Easy to setup and I don't notice it on my ear . Sound great

This was my 1st Bluetooth headset purchase in 5 years. The sound quality has come a long way, and this product is a very good value for the price. It took a few tries to adjust the fit, but overall a very nice headset.

Fits right in ears and sound quality is good. It does its job.

All I had to do was turn it on and it synced with my iPhone immediately. The only downside is that it tends to pick up background noise when using Siri and sometimes has some difficulty picking up on your spoken requests.

This is the headset I got when the Jabra I purchased wouldn't hold a charge. I wish I had purchased this one first! Good sound, comfortable, secure fit and easily 9-10 hours of talk time

I use it everywhere I go. Sound is clear when speaking to callers. Sometimes difficult for callers to hear when driving with the window down. I'm satisfied for the most part. Worth the price.

Don't get fooled by the description or price. My wife's original Plantronics, after many years, stopped working. I was going to purchase that same model, in white, as we were completely satisfied with it, for a Christmas present. I went to Best Buy to buy one and there were no Sales Reps there that could tell me if another model I saw was the newest or not so I called Plantronics. They told me that this model that I was considering purchasing was their latest and had all the features of the other model I had. The main difference was that it was It had HD Sound and more talk time before recharging, It was also $10 less expensive. I purchased it. My wife was thrilled when she opened her Christmas gift. After charging we turned it on and tested it so I called her. She was impressed with how clear it was. However, on my end it was too clear. The sound was high pitched and picked up every background noise imaginable. I the TV was on when I called her I heard it perfectly over her and couldn't make out clearly what she said. I had to ask her to shut the TV when she called me. I asked her to lower the volume on her earpiece, but that didn't work. I have a parrot that talks, whistles and sings so I had to ask my wife to go to another room when we spoke as my parrot's voice was ridiculously loud. This earpiece picks up ants walking. I tried lowering my earpiece when I call but now I couldn't hear my wife good enough. We decided to return it and get the original model we had been using and pay the extra $10. However, Best Buy would not refund us for this as they said that this had a 15 day refund policy. Really?? I bought this over the Holidays as a Christmas present for her. Note to self...never buy any gifts for someone at Best Buy. You'll be stuck with it if it doesn't work out for you. Now when my wife calls me I have her turn OFF the earpiece and talk through the phone. It's been several weeks since this fiasco and all her family members and friends complain about how loud and high pitched it sounds on their end. I have decided to throw away this new earpiece and purchase her the original one I wanted to buy in the first place. Happy Wife - Happy Life! Unhappy Best Buy Customer.

I drive for Uber & Lyft. I need a dependable Bluetooth that can be easily heard. This one does the job perfect. When talking to my friends they can hear me clearly. I liked it so much that my friend went and purchased one two days later. And did I mention the price is very affordable? Love it!
