Between the ear hook and anchor tip, this achieved the reliable snug fit that I have been looking for. Now with the earpiece stationary, I can hear clearly even during heavy head movement. 4 out of 5 because: Immediately after purchase I attempted to buy replacement fit kits just in case I broke the ear hook or tip but BestBuy customer service told me they could not help.

Great Bluetooth device. Has long range and great sound quality. I like the fact that it can last up to 11 hours of talk.

This earpiece is great! Fully charged you get 11 hrs of talk time, fits comfortably on ear. Doesn't shift, volume is great, clarity is great. Music sounds awesome through piece.

Easy connection and long battery life very pleased

Love this bluetooth..It's everything they claim and more. There is some noise that comes through but they never claimed it won't. Love that I have 11 hrs of use and they the bluetooth has and great little voice that tells you how much time you have and continues updating the time left. I only recharge this once daily. I actually returned a Jabra on second day, because it wasn't what was advertised and hated it, and it cost too much for what you received.

Very nice and sound is very clear .Its light weight.I purchased it for my sister.She work outside and she said it last over 8hours.

It's a good device do especially everything well except sometimes the person on the other end can't hear u well but u can hear them Great. You can listen to music too with it. For the price u can't go wrong

the sound quality is greatI love the design of the Bluetooththe only drawback to this bluetooth is there are not multiple sizes for the earpiece I have small ears and so it doesn't fit in my ear very well

After carefully reading all the reviews on this product, i decided to give it a try. This bad boy rocks!!! I am yet to find one flaw about it. It does everything as advertised and looks great. I recommend this to anyone needing a great headset.

It connects easy. Good battery clear sound and you can use it to play your music etc.

I love this headset because I can listen to music while working and I can still hear someone call me from in the office. The earpiece could use a better fit but for the most part it stays in well.

This it a pretty got Bluetooth, but you can not go very far away from the phone, I like the sound on my side, but the person I am speaking with can hear lots of background noise. It is great for music.

My older bluetooth was not comfortable. This new one has a softer earpiece and it's so comfortable that sometimes I forget that I'm wearing it. It's also very good at cancelling out other noises so that you can more clearly hear your conversation.

I needed a new Bluetooth when I got a new iPhone 6 and shopped around. Although this item was a little expensive it was from a respectable company (Plantronics). Turns out it was a good choice with good sound and long battery life. Recommended.

Needed one for an phone interview with webex, didn't want to sit holding a phone that long, and would look pretty silly. Worked fine, two weeks of non use and it still says 8 hrs talk time.

Only one hanger on device. Can't buy spare hangers that wrap around the ear and only comes with the one installed on the device but it does work well with plenty of range.

I found that my previous blue tooth was easier to get on but this one isn't too bad and I can do it with one hand. It has decent sound and was priced rather inexpensively. Does the trick.

I replaced a Plantronics Voyager Legent with this M95. I love the fit so much more. That Legend is made for people with big ears. Mine are really small. This Bluetooth gives me 11 hrs talk time...Legend gave me 7. The only things that aren't so good...it randomly doesn't pick up new calls. Also, doesn't announce calls and ask if I want to answer. I loved the Legen magnet charger cable and the charging case as well.
