the battery les long on off for what I'm using every day also when talking I can hear very clear.

I saw this item on line and it says PLT-M95 and whan I came to Bestbuy it says on it box PLT- M95 but whan I buy it and open it it is PLT-M90 so I am unhappy and I am thinking of not buying any thing me and my family from Best Buy.i want you to know that I am a member in Best Buy and I used to buy any thing from your stor and I tell my friend how good you are but after what happend no more coming to your store

This piece is easy to operate, fits comfortably in my ear, works well with my iPhone 5, produces good sound and has a long run time.

Bought it in 10/2019 and by 3/2020, it has stop working.

Took me an hour in the store to research and choose a Bluetooth headset and I didn't mind paying a lot for a good one. This one is awesome clearity and the battery like is unbelievable price was good too and it's small

I have used regular earbuds to listen to content on my phone for years. They are ok but have issues especially when working out (getting tangled, etc.). I wanted to get a bluetooth earpiece to solve this problem and expected to pay $100 or more. I was thrilled to find this product (recommended by a salesperson). I paid half of what I expected and the earpiece has a very short learning curve. This product is not weighed down with useless features but has everything you need to accept phone calls and listen to music. Can pair to two phones as well.

I pretty much won't use my phone without a bluetooth, so I need one that's reliable and durable. The Plantronics - M95 Bluetooth Headset provides both. Thanks to the gel tabs (?) that comes with the unit, it's easy adjust this bluetooth to perfectly fit my ear. (I have small ears which would cause other bluetooth devices to constantly slip out of my ear) Audio from the caller is crystal clear! I'm told that my voice comes through clearly, as well, with little-to-no background noise. That's important to me because I'm on the road a lot, and road noise would often ruin my phone calls while driving. Not an issue any more. In fact, this is my SECOND M95! My young dog...well, you can imagine the rest. I loved the first one so much, I replaced the destroyed one with the same model. Definitely worth the money spent.

I have a hard time finding any in-ear audio device that is a good fit for my ear. The design and adjustability of this Bluetooth headset makes it a perfect fit. It doesn't give me an ear ache, or headache after a few minutes of wearing it. The audio output (quality and volume) is better than most of the Bluetooth head sets I've used. It cost $30 less than more well known brand headset I'm replacing. Also equal sound quality, but better fit than the popular brand name headset. 5 hours longer talk (battery) time than all previous bluetooth headsets I've owned. Only thing it lacks is complete compatibility with the music app in my phone. I can listen to music and adjust the volume. But the headset lacks the function buttons to FF, RWD or skip tracks. If it hat those functions I would rate it 5 stars.

I recently purchased this as a holiday gift for a friend who was looking to replace her Motorola headset. Her criteria for a headset was simple: it had to be small & lightweight, easy to use and have HD sound. She was skeptical when she first opened the package but I told her if you want quality, you want Plantronics. She absolutely loves this headset. This headset was reasonably priced and had all of the features we were looking for. I definitely would recommend this model to others.

This is my second plantronics bluetooth. I had the M165- worked great for 4 years. But this one, M95 much louder and clear. Sound cancelling is great. I have asked people how I sound driving on the highway in my work van. They all tell me they don't hear any back ground noise. The battery says 11hours of talk time, it's close I get about 10. Better than my old M165 witch was 7 new and about 4 when I replaced it. The M95 is light, easy to use, answer and end call button on ear piece. Volume buttons and power switch also. Comes with in ear and over the ear holder. Can use any micro usb cable and charger, charges quickly, mine has charged in under 30 minutes. Also comes with wall charger. Works great for playing music, auto pauses for phone call, resumes when call ends.

What I don't like about it is, it's super hard to stretch the ear loop around your earlobe. I takes 2 hands just about. The good side is, it holds on! My last 1 fell out a lot. The gel around the speaker is kinda fat and stuffs your ear. I guess you could take that off. Guess where you have to push to push that gel in? You guessed it, the hang up button. So if it's not sitting right and you wanna push it in some, you might hang up on your caller! The power switch is stiff but at least you can't bump it and it turns off. Voice dial is great, talk time is amazing! I like how it narrates your talk time and shows it's battery life on your cell phone.

This Bluetooth fits comfortably and has very good quality sound. It's range is good as well with outstanding talk time. It is not too big and it gets the job done. I WILL recommend this item Bluetooth to friends and family.

This ear piece is very easy to wear. I forget that I have it on my ear. It is easy to use which is great for an electronically challenged person. I can hear clearly as can the person on the other end. There is no static or noise and has a far range if you are not holding your phone. It is an excellent device for senior citizens in case you should fall or have an emergency. You just tap the ear piece and ask for a number to be called. It gives you hands free talking if you are driving and your car does not have that option available. I was able to give up my home phone, save money and not have to look for the actual phone to answer it. I love it. And it stays charged for 12 or more hours.

Lightweight with great sound quality. Battery life is excellent I'm not a fan of the silicone eartip, it doesn't hold to my ear as securely as I'd like, so the ear-loop is my preferred setup. Very comfortable with no stress on the ear. Easy to pair and use. I'm very pleased.

this is my second purchase of this headset.. I've had four other bluetooth headsets but this is by far the best in terms of sound quality, battery length, secure fit, and helpfulness (tells you the talk time left when you power on).
