What can be said about this Bluetooth device? It’s a keeper. The use is smooth. The feel in the ear is phenomenal. It tells you incoming call, says the phone number. The quality of hearing the other person is excellent as well when I speak they hear me crystal clear! I would recommend this Bluetooth device to everyone

I can always hear folks loud and clear and MOST of the time they hear me well too. When they don't I am in the car and they can hear the air conditioner or I am washing dishes.

Love my purchase just wish the volume went a little louder. Great buy for price

The Plantronics Bluetooth is the best one that I have ever purchased. The sound is so clear, it is very comfortable to wear, is quick charging and holds a very long charge. It is a very good value. I tried some other brands before I found the Plantronics, and they did not compare favorably to the Plantronics.

sound quality is very good. Connecting with the two phones is very easy. It also tell you how much battery/talktime is balance but i feel pain in my ear after one hour of holding this. Thats why i marked as single star.

Crystal clear sound. The ear knob is too big for my ear, so it becomes painful after a little while. Caution: amplifies your sound to the other end, so you don't need to speak loudly. But, background noise (even rustling papers) becomes amplified, too. Hurts their ears. Battery lasts for approximately 11 turned on hours.

I really like the sound quality of this earpiece! For being very small and only one ear - it sounds quite good! I wish it had just a little more functionality I.e. Ability to pause and resume play on songs during a run. Overall good purchase. I'm very happy with it!

Just from a personal preference: 1. Doesn't fit on my ear proprely, I wear glasses. 2. Max volume is not adequate. 3. Hurts my earlobe after about 2 hours of wearing it. 4. I would not buy it again 5. Another product served me better before I bought this one. Other product was not in stock at Best Buy when I made the purchase.
