Easy to setup and use even for a beginner. Quality not the best, but serves it's purpose.

The item is great. It connected to my phone as soon as I turned it on. The only opportunity is that some times the person I'm speaking with says my voice is not clear.

I only use this occasionally, but it is the perfect Bluetooth earpiece for connecting to a phone. The battery life is crazy good and my family and friends say there is no difference in sound quality compared to my phone. What I really appreciate is that I can go a week or two without using it and the battery does not diminish. Very happy with this purchase especially for the price.

I like how well I can hear and how people I talk to have clear voice communication with me. It has a long lasting battery and is lightweight & comfortable to wear.

Ear piece broke after just a few weeks! I was disappointed because I liked the sound.

This ear piece is one of the best I used. Battery time is excellent (11 hours on first charge) and it doesn't fade when not in use. Works great in the car too!

Clear Sound, Good Range, However, The little rubber ring that fits onto the earbud kinda stinks. As of yet I have not been able to find a replacement "in-store" anywhere. Guess I'll be looking to eBay for the rubber pieces so that it stays in my ear.

Originally went to AT&T to purchase and it was twice as much. Easy to set up and use.

I was looking to replace my old unit until I decide on a car (with bluetooth), so was looking for an inexpensive model. This one functions well and holds a charge very well. It is not very comfortable, and does not stay in place very well. Could just be me, but I would have reservations about recommending it to anyone.

Does the job. Clips securely to the ear. But the volume is a little low at maximum.

I use this when i'm driving so i can be hands free. People don't even know i'm wearing a bluetooth.. It's that good !! i would purchase this item all over again!

I like the fact that this Bluetooth holds a 11 hour charge and when it finally goes dead it's back up to its 11 hour charge time in minutes. It's a keeper!!

I love Plantronics blue tooth ear pieces. Being able to connect two devices is great and my ear piece can often go unnoticed. My callers say that I'm whispering sometimes when I know I'm speaking in a leveled tone. Still a good product, maybe not for crowded places.

I have been using this model for years. My last one just died, would not accept a charge after about 4 years. I love the battery life and most people find the sound quality better than the bluetooth in my truck.

compact and the loop part is comfortable. I had the one step down model and it was uncomfortable and the sound would go low sometimes. This one is much better.
