When I started using an iPhone I couldn't get it to sync. Since I thought I might be doing something wrong, I gave it to a friend and he couldn't sync it to his iPhone either. So, my only warning is before you buy this or other bluetooth headsets, make sure it can sync with your particular brand of phone.

I have a hearing problem but have no problem hearing my phone calls. All this & the price is great. Thanks Best Buy !!

I started out with a cheap jabra headset and was not impressed with the connectivity or sound quality. I moved on to this headset and have had issues with sound quality and one that stopped working out of the blue and exchanged. The mic on this headset seems to be a little over reactive, I frequently get complaints from people I talk to saying they cannot hear me over the backround noise. In closing, quick charging moderate pricing and ease of use are high points, sound quality and device life have been inconsistent.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
