The M95 Bluetooth works great. Easy setup, good clear sound, and good range. Good product, especially for the price. No complaints here.

I am giving the M95 3 stars only because it seems to be incompatible with my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. I am so disappointed because I have had an older model of a Plantronic blue tooth earpiece for over 5 years that I've loved but it is slowly losing it's ability to hold its charge. So it was time to get a new one and was excited to see the good ratings on the M95. Sadly, I have been unable to use my M95 since every single person that I speak to while using the M95 complains that their own voice echoes at their end of the call. I hear THEM clearly, BUT they hear their OWN voice echo back to them while speaking to me. I have looked on line for suggestions to remedy this i.e. unpairing, shutting down phone and repairing. Having the volume on the phone and the earpiece both set at their lowest settings, adjusting the noise cancelling settings of my phone, clearing the bluetooth cache (or stack) in my phone - and to no avail. Is it just not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy S6? I love the sound quality at my end, the feel of the unit on my ear, how easy it is to use - and the reasonable price - but this is so disappointing. I bought it on Sept. 19th and it is now past my Best Buy return date - so I am now appealing to Plantronics (Poly) for their honest, straight forward, technical help. I've emailed their customer support, registered the unit and submitted a warranty claim. I've called their customer help line and left a message for suggestions. Honestly, I truly want to keep it since I know that this is the right bluetooth earpiece for me - but please just help me resolve this issue so that I can use it without irritating the people that I'm talking to. Please! P.s. I'm "recommending to a friend" because of the above positive reviews and that I'm hoping that there is hope for a technical resolution, in my case. :)

I needed a bluetooth headset so that I could make handsfree calls while on a road trip recently and this seemed to be a good middle-of-the-road solution. Pros: Great sound quality in calls and supports streaming audio so you could use it to listen to podcasts (I don't recommend music--it's definitely designed for talking) Great battery life. I get at least two weeks of use out of a charge (roughly 9-10 hours of talk time and the rest on standby). Easy to control with a real on/off switch. I hate headsets that try to skimp on controls by leaving off an on/off switch. Cons: Not comfortable to wear for longer than about 4 hours. This is entirely dependent on your ear, but I found I need to take it out for at least an hour and let my ear rest if I'm wearing it for extended periods of time. No interchangeable ear gels. This would probably help some with making it more comfortable for long periods of use. Charging LED. I don't know if it's a manufacturing defect on my unit or if they're all like this, but the charging LED on mine barely illuminates at all. It's so dim, it's hard to see unless you hold it at the proper angle.

Bought this for my wife. setup was simple easy. Holds on to her ear snugly. No issues. Holds battery for a long life.

Good sound quality. Good battery life. Comfortable. Light weight. Could use additional earl gels for better fit.

I always hated talking on my iPhone. The handset is uncomfortable and the ear pods didn't fit right. So, this past Christmas I treated myself to the Plantronics M95. I love it. Hands free talking is the way to go. It's easy to use. The battery lasts a long time. For me anyway. It says it gets 11 hours of time. I've gotten close to that. And the price at Best Buy is pretty good.

I've tried numerous brands of Bluetooth headsets over the years and Plantronics is the best I've found. Long battery life, comfortable fit, great sound quality during calls.

Great Bluetooth. I have a young child and I am always carrying her running errands. It's so light weigh you do t even feel it. And it tells you the amount of life time it has.

This unit fits perfect in my ear with 2 ways to secure it. The sound is great and so has the battery life so far. Much smaller and more comfortable than my last Motorola.

I have had several headsets all brands. Some more and some less expensive. This fits better, sounds better, longer range and overall better. Thanks

I was initially cautious about this Bluetooth because of the stated battery life, but it actually runs longer than it states on the box. With that being said, the sound quality of this Bluetooth is really top notch. I've tested it with the windows down while driving and my recipients on the other end didn't even realize it. I also though the design of the earpiece was unusual, but it fits so well and the loop keeps it from falling out so that was nice surprise.

Best talk time at 11 hours. Clear sound, easy to pair and controls are simple. Sits a little loose in my ear but it is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Seems like an excellent Bluetooth headset for the price. Long battery life, good range and easy to set up.

I've only had this device for a couple of weeks but so far I feel like it was a good purchase. Sound quality is good, it's lightweight, battery life is great, it charges quickly and it was $20.00 cheaper than the jabra I exchanged for it. Only complaint I could say I have...which is minor...is that it's a little uncomfortable and only comes with one size ear piece and one size ear hook. As we all know, everyone's ear is different so if ever a device required adjustability it's these blue tooth ear pieces. But overall I'm happy with it, just had to find and purchase assorted pieces for fitting.

Easy bottom to turn the Bluetooth on & off. Tells you how much time you have charged on the devise before it goes dead and needs to be recharged. Also tells you when you are too far away from cell phone and it is disconnected and then tells you when you get close enough and it reconnects. Easy on & off on the ear...like it but it is my first.

I was impressed with the sound quality of the Plantronics M95. The bluetooth was easy to use and seamlessly integrated with my iPhone. The earpiece insert became a little uncomfortable after a while (a couple of hours of usage) but all in all a great purchase.

My 5 year old Plantronics volume did not get loud enough on my new HTC One Remix. This one works fine, not super loud but loud enough to use in a car. I like that it tells you the hours remaining on the battery when you power up. Note the old Plantronics worked on a new IPhone 5S, so HTC needs to work on blue tooth connectivity.

The Plantronics - M95 is a great blueteeth ear bud for someone looking for a low-cost option. It is very comfortable, has good range for distance from the paired device, and very good sound. I've had rare instances of the sound wavering when listening to a podcast, but it has been great and reliable for phone calls.

This Bluetooth headset has been a life saver... I'm a driver and I'm constantly on the phone, the Bluetooth from my truck was never clear and was always in and on if signal...The plantronics bluetooths is very light, so simple to use and I never have trouble with calls...It's fantastic! I recommend to everyone.
