Needed a replacement from wired earbuds and mic for my "at home" work day. So very happy with bluetooth/wireless. Gentle on and in my ear. Everyone says better sound quality. USB charger. Long talk time.

This is a nice lightweight comfortable unit, but it does not have a high enough volume for Senior Citizen who is hard of hearing.

Unit is very clear and good volume. This is the first Bluetooth that my wife really likes.

This bluetooth headset works well, announces battery life when turned on, has good sound quality but hurts a bit after hours of wearing.

The earpiece gets good clarity and range if you don't have your phone strapped to you.

The ease of carrying this in your pocket and then slipping over your ear is nice. The battery lasts a long time and sound quality is great. Music also plays on it. The noise canceling works well when there is background noise.

This is my first time use ever of a Bluetooth product. I needed a headset I could wear for conference calls and for driving so I could be hands-free. I wanted good quality audio but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This headset fit the bill. The audio quality is excellent and the headset is easy to use. The sales associate synced it up to my phone at the store so I was able to start using it right away. All I had to do was charge it and I was ready to go. After using it for several weeks, I can say I am very happy with this headset.

Small, effecient, long battery life, and sounds good. Only drawback is that it picks up the background sounds but I would buy it again.

I bought this to use with a landline that doesn't get much use anymore, but is still necessary. It delivers great sound quality and hardly weighs anything. It makes me want to use the landline more. It's a huge improvement over the old large, clunky one that it replaced.

I had to get used to having the Bluetooth headset in my ear directly, which is sometimes difficult if you don't have both hands free to put it on, or if you have long hair and glasses. Once in place it doesn't move, that's a plus. Very clear sound.
