In-ear retainer does not hold well but over-the-ear clip holds securely. Sound is clear with very little muffle.

Though this unit comes with a variety of ear adapters, the only one that will really keep it from falling our of your ear is the over-the-ear loop. After a couple of hours of wear time, this fixture becomes tiresome but its a lot better than having the unit constantly fall out. The Plantronics device is inferior to its Motorola equivalent. When I went to Best Buy to purchase a replacement Motorola, my store was out of stock. It is only with mild regret that I purchased the lower priced Plantronics device instead of waiting. Its okay for what it is. I wouldn't buy another if I had a better choice available to me.

Plantronics did a great job with the M95 Bluetooth Headset. It's easy to program, clear, and the charge lasts much longer than any bluetooth headset I have ever had. Excellent product

So far we have not had any issues with this product. Plantronics is a great band for a decent price. The sound is very clear and the charge lasts me all day.

Works well you can listen to music like a head phones, its clear you can hear the person, doesnt feel like a bluetooth :) Easy to connect to thru bluetooth, battery last long. Got this for my dad and he loves it.

This headset is really nifty. Works flawlessly and provides lengthy use before recharging. Setup was really simple and is simple to use. Good audio both transmitting and receiving. Exceeds my expectations.

I absolutely love this bluetooth. It fits so well into my ear and is so soft, I don't even realize I'm wearing it! It can be set to 3 different languages too! It has 11 hours of talk time. It's so awesome.
