I like this product overall. It is very light. The on/off switch is definitive, and it connects quickly. It is easy to put on and take off. Those on the other end report the audio quality is good. The one miss is that the speaker is not quite loud enough for me even at maximum volume. Granted, I am nearly 50 years old, and my hearing isn't what it once was, but the volume level is not as loud as my last headset (different brand). Even still, I would purchase this again as the other features are high quality.

I bought this headset for my sister as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loves it. The sound is clear. She can play music through it and she looooves the distance on it. She has left the phone in the house while going into the backyard and she can use it with clear sound and voice quality. Also, when its fully charged she gets around 11 hours of use out of it. Sometimes she doesn't charge it for days!!!!! Its great buy!!!!!!

I have tried several blue tooth phone devices and been frustrated by them. During the Black Friday sales I found this one at the Conway, AR store and decided to try one more time. I was the answer to a much needed device. However, it turned up[ missing, which made me so sad! I searched and searched with no success. As soon as I could afford to replace it I did. It is a great little device. Comfortable to wear, good sound, and easy to use.

A good value for the cost; I found the setup with an iPhone to be very easy. Operation is very simple even for the non-tech-savvy individual. Average battery endurance but great noise cancelling as noted by parties on the other end of the line while in the car or crowded areas.

overall the product is definitely worth the price, light weigh, excellent battery performance, easy to conceal and comfortable in both ears. Easy to set up and reconnect. I used it for work and to exercise. The only problem is the noise cancelation, it doesn't work that well.

Took a chance to try this brand and it works great. Simple turn on connection, volume buttons, great clarity, 11 plus hours use and stays in ear no problem especially if your a runner.

This is a good piece and easy to syn with your phone. Sound quality is ok, you come across ok to the listener. It is extremely uncomfortable on the ear. It doesn't come with sizeable earpieces.

I bought this Bluetooth as a gift for my husband for work. It has great clarity and the charge lasts a long time. There is no background noise noticed and my husband says it is very comfortable. Great price also.

I am very happy with my bluetooth, it is lightweight and easy to use. I really like that it tells you how much time you have as soon as you turn it on. I wish it was a little looser around the ear, but it is comfortable. I am happy.

This headseat is sleek and compact. I like that the piece that goes around the ear is clear. I gave this four stars because I feel that the volume could be louder. It is hard to hear others at times. For the price I paid it is good enough.

Of the many blue tooth devices I've tried, Plantronics is, by far, the best. The easiest to use, best sound quality, longest talk time, longest lasting battery. I could not be more pleased.

Great range, great sound, amazing battery life. Got this to replace a Jabra that I loved, and I love this one even more. This is hands down the best Bluetooth headset I've owned, and I've owned about 10. The year insert is very comfortable and doesn't hurt after long periods of wear, and it complements your hook perfectly for a perfect fit

I recently purchased this device for my wife, after using an identical PLT_M95 for over a year. The unit itself is quite lightweight, the sound quality more than adequate for telephony and the eleven hour (talk-time) battery life means this unit makes it through my day. The device is reasonably comfortable, functions exactly as specified and with the ability to pair to two devices simultaneously is flexible enough to be considered a professional communications device.

I purchased the Plantronics M95 to replace my Plantronics M50. I looked at several brands and styles before making a decisin with the help of a Best Buy employee. I love the fact that I can connect to both my work phone and personal phone at the same time. Because this is a one size in ear device I find that it occasionally becomes uncomfortable. Connection is quick and the sound quality is good.
