Good but needs extras
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The earpiece paired quickly with my Galaxy S5 and works fine. Good quality voice on phone calls. My only complaint is that it will not announce the caller or play the ringtone through the earpiece. It "beeps" at an incoming call which is fine but if your phone is holstered, it would be nice to know who's calling before you answer. Other than that, if you just want a basic bluetooth device, this will work, however, I have since purchased a much cheaper (about $19) "around the neck" device that does announce and play ringtones so Plantronics should be able to do this too for the price.

Great headset

After reviewing all of the options, I decided on this Plantronics headset. It has worked better than I ever expected. I have a long commute and use the time to catch up with family. Calls are clear as can be---on both ends.

Over Ear Strip Difficult to get on ear

I especially like the hold call button for two seconds and it activates the voice call feature on my I-Phone. Important because WA state now has very strong and expensive laws that say you can not hold or manipulate your phone in any way while driving. The only negative is that the stiff plastic piece is hard to manipulate with one hand to get it over your ear. Put it on before you start driving.
