The voice quality and range are average. However, the main problem arises with the device itself. I don't know if it's a problem while connecting to Android devices alone or for other devices as well. However, I have tried it on 2 different Android phones and most of the times it works just fine however sometimes, while placing a call the device randomly reboots and then fails to connect to this device. It gets pretty irritating when this keeps on happening 2-3 times a day. I'm not sure if it was a defective piece but I didn't think that it was worth the effort to get a replacement.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. Pairs with cellphone quite nicely. Hardly notice it's on half the time. Call quality sometimes is an issue with people hearing me, and sometimes there's a crackling effect which I attribute with the call connection. All in all it's a solid little headset.

I needed something just to wear at the office or at home when cooking or just because I didn't want to hold my phone to my ear. This was a great pick... I've paid over $100 for Bluetooth's before but this time I saved money and not a difference.

My first two were just the M75 model and were equally as good. This one cost a bit more but works every bit as well. It does use a bit more charge with moderate use but I can still do two days of use between charges. Will last 5 easy with low usage. And it's the only one that can last 11 hrs on a charge with use vs. most others I looked at that only had 5-6 hrs worth. As a delivery driver it is an invaluable tool in my job on the road.

I like this one because you can talk, listen and hear music on the device. It tells you how much talking time you have left when you turn it on and when you answer a call it tells you when it is connected.
