Easy to use, easy to connect. When you turn the device on it tells you the amount of battery life you have left, which it's a good feature.

Very light weight, pretty comfortable. Sound quality is very good for this price. Previous Plantronic BT lasted many years, which is why I purchased this one.

The ear piece is comfortable, volume adjustment is convenient, the announcement of estimated battery life remaining when you first turn it on is useful, and you can press both volume buttons at the same time to pause/play audio files. The biggest downside is the fact that this device uses Bluetooth 3.0 instead of the newest Bluetooth 5.0. I believe it is due to this fact that sometimes the audio in the earpiece will break up intermittently when I am wearing the earpiece on my left ear and have my cell phone in my right pocket.

For the price it is a good headset. The volume seems too low on phone calls even when cranked up but the battery life is strong. Overall a good option.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he says there are a lot of great things about this device. From the battery life to the clarity of sound when he listens to it. From a receiving end it is very clear, perfect device for travelers due to long battery life.

This item was purchased as a gift for my mom. She was looking for a good quality Bluetooth that was easy to operate. This item is both of those things. She also states that there is no echo and it does not cut out like earpieces she has tried in the past.

No one I talk to seems to have problem hearing me. I wish that the volume level could go up a little more on the earpiece but overall a good product so far!

This earpiece is fabulous, the reception is very clear whenever I'm on a call, listening to the music makes you feel like you are in a party beside the music box plus as a bonus it tells how long the device battery life is when turned on.

This is a great bluetooth for budget minded people. The battery is awesome sound quality is really decent but nowhere near as good as Bose.

The sound is great to me. This is the second one that I have owned. I have small ears so the wrap/bracket is a great add.

Have had a good experience with this Bluetooth. The sound quality is good and it holds charges for much longer than my previous Bluetooth. I am a senior citizen so getting used to this new technology is somewhat challenging. However I like the way it fits around my ear better than the other Bluetooth that I had.

This is my 2nd Plantronics Bluetooth, which is definitely my favorite brand. The first one was the 1100 I think, which came with multiple ear buds in different sizes and felt more comfortable. The M95 only came with one and feels a little loose, but not "uncomfortable". The talk time for the M95 says 11 hours, but I turned it on one day and it was at 6 hours, and within 2 hours of only standby it said low battery. So it is not a full 11 hours - but the battery life is still better than others I've had. Overall I'm happy with it.

Not having anything to compare this with; I am very happy with the ease of use and the good sound quality and inexpensive price.

I have been using this for about a month. Very convenient little device. It was annoying holding my phone with my shoulder or putting it on speaker so that I can use my hands and be productive while talking on the phone. Lasts a while, since I don't use it excessively. The only thing that bothered me in the beginning was the earpiece; it was a bit big so my ear hurt a bit every time I took it off. I got used to it though and now it doesn't bother me as much. Otherwise, great product.

comfortable and easy to use. Great battery life. Synced right up to my Samsung Note 5 without any effort and works great.
