This is an excellent and very reasonably priced headset phone. Great clarity. This is a good brand! My last one lasted many years. It came immediately to my house. The first one I bought didn't work at all. (Possibly the battery pack was faulty.) Best Buy personnel were great in taking the return and ordering me a new one, which arrived fast.

This is my 3rd Plantronics Wireless headset and I continue to love it. So flexible and wonderful.

battery life is great but headset should be upgraded to prevent breaking in first 30 days. thanks God I got the 2 year warranty so I will be taking it back for a headset replacement in the near future!

Got this for a VoIP service, but this is for an analog phone line, so I had to return it.

I was trying to find an ear set with ease of an attached phone. This is bulky, does not fit well in the ear or with my hearing aids. It does not connect well with my main phone system beyond the same room. Wish I could return it but out of the 15 day window and box is opened so BB will not take back.

This is a great product, I'm even considerting buying one for home.

PRO's> Great battery life! I use it for 8 hours straight and battery barely reaches 3/4 mark. Compact & Lightweight. CON'S> Constant buzzing sound heard by not only myself but also by the caller(s).

It wasn’t compatible with my phone system at work so I returned it.

The reviews seemed great so I purchased for my work at home. However there is a buzzing noise and I will be returning this item. Very disappointing.

I have 5 or 6 of these units. They work great initially, but develops a bad connection in the headset jack. When I called support, I was told to clean the connector with alcohol, which works for a bit, but the problem returns. They ate so convenient for work-at-home, or just talking on the phone that when one breaks, I buy another one. Not sure how long they will be available. Another thing, buy at least one spare headset a this is usually where the problem resides.

The headset is very comfortable and lightweight. The sound on both my end and the callers end is very clear. The number pad is very lightweight, but if you wear reading glasses, you might need them to operate this device because the pad, numbers and orange back-lit display are very small. The number pad is not back-lit. The belt clip gap is narrow but is secure so if you try to clip it on thicker clothing, it will stay on as needed so you don’t drop or damage it.
